Disable Page Break when exporting to excel in SSRS 2008 R2

In some situation it is required to have a page break in HTML rendering for better display. But this leads to the multiple excel sheets when we exports the report to excel file. Sometimes, users want to do some further analysis on the exported excel file and if data is exported to multiple sheets, users can't do any filtering, sorting directly on the excel file. In SSRS 2008 R2, support is added for conditional rendering of report based on rendering format. We can use this facility for conditional page break. But when we open group properties and go to Page Break
page, we do not get place to specify the expression as shown below
As this is an advanced setting, it can be done from property window.  Following are the steps to do this setting Open report property window Go to the grouping pane at bottom Select the group in grouping pane Expand to Group->PageBreak-> Disabled Add this formula for disabled as per below =IIF(Globals!RenderFormat.Name = "EXCEL",TRUE,FALSE)   By doing this setting PageBreak for that group will be disabled in when exported EXCEL and PageBreak will be there for rest of rendering formats.
